New Stadiums & Venues for ICC Champions Trophy 2025
The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will be a significant event for the Pakistani cricket team and the Pakistani cricket match. This will completely bring back international cricket to Pakistan and will be the first event ( International Cricket Council) hosted by Pakistan in a span of 20 years.
According to the latest updates teams like Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Australia, New Zealand and England will take part in this mega event. The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will be played in February 2025.
Pakistan is the recent champions of ICC Champions trophy which was held in 2017 and they will Defend the title at their home. India and the final of ICC Champion Trophy 2017 and became the champion. First new project is the Islamabad cricket stadium which will be built for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and the work has started on the land. This will be a stadium which will have the highest capacity in Pakistan with over 50000 people who can watch the match live. It is not sure that the stadium will be active before the Champions Trophy.
Rafi Cricket Stadium, Karachi
Another Mega project that has been built in Karachi Bahria town is the Rafi cricket Stadium. The stadium will have the second highest capacity and when it will be launched it will have the highest capacity for people to watch the match. It is highly like me that the stadium will be built before the Champions Trophy.
Up next is the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore which has the capacity of around 30000 people to watch the match. Pindi Stadium can also be used for the Champions Trophy.
National Stadium Karachi way people complain that the citizens font visit will also be in contention along with the Bugti Stadium Quetta. Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium is the last newly built stadium in Peshawar.
